on each start of the app I need to go to settings and change to new app version for unknown reasons
I am trying to do a selfie with the app, but I have difficulties getting my face scanned because of my poor eyesight. I cannot see the instructions on the screen because I have to hold my phone away from my face. Thus, I am unable to follow the instructions on the screen. I am disappointed.

Poor experience recently. Got an email saying my account was to be closed. Panicked, I rang support in a frenzy to find out what was happening. Customer service was unable to find the email sent. A few hours later got an apology that the email was not intended for me. No compensation however
Can't even log. I give up with Degiro.

I gave Degiro a one star review before because of slow servers. Degiro since upgraded their servers and I gave them a five star rating. But now I'm giving them a one star rating because degiro has software limitations on the bids. When share prices are creeping fast and you want to buy degiro tells you you can't buy at that price and when the prices come down degiro tells you you can buy at the higher price hence you'll miss the TGV and end up in a steam engine instead and you'll lose real money
Hey the app gets stuck loading whenever I try to log in. I just made my account a couple days ago and I've tried rebooting and reinstalling the app. I got the mail that says my account's been made and everything. Hope you don't intend to leave me hanging here.
